Join me, Emily Osmond - founder of Good Media, for my workshop, 'Instagram Marketing - From Zero to Hero' and learn how to make Instagram work for your business.
Along with running Good Media, I run an award-winning design blog called getinmyhome. I started an Instagram account for this blog at the start of 2017 year, and a few weeks later it was named in Domain's Ten of the best interior design accounts you need to follow on Instagram. You can take a look here.
Since running my last Instagram Marketing workshop in August 2017, Instagram has released a swag of new features, with a particular focus on Instagram Stories, which I'll be deep diving into during this workshop.
'Stories' have seen the amount of time people spend on Instagram increase and Instagram remains the social network with the highest engagement rate per post. Most powerfully for brands, 75% of Instagram users take action, such as visiting a website, after looking at a brand’s post. Let me share what I have learnt about leveraging Instagram for business results in this small group workshop.
Date: Monday 23rd April 2018
Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm
Location: Eclectic Tastes, 2 Burnbank Street, Ballarat, Victoria (private function room)
UPGRADE OPTION: Add on a personalised audit of your Instagram activity with me, written up in one page of notes and discussed on the phone with you two weeks after the workshop: $299+GST.
Here's what we'll cover:
- We'll explore your goals for using Instagram and how these translate into the content categories you post
- We'll look at best practice bios, including how to use that all-important 'link in bio', and you'll write yours
- We'll study what type of images work best on Instagram and what this means for your business
- We'll work through why hashtags are so important and which ones to use for your business

- And we'll review the latest legalities, etiquettes and features on Instagram, because these things are ALWAYS changing!
You'll be surrounded by fellow business owners and creatives in a fun, inclusive and hands-on environment. Plus you'll walk away from my workshop with the best and latest tips, tricks and strategies to grow your business through Instagram.
