Website Design FAQs

What type of website do I need?

1. A simple blog-based website (2 to 3 pages)

Our recommendation: Wordpress is the no. 1 option for websites that are predominately blogs.

2. A simple business website (4 to 6 pages)

Our recommendation: Squarespace is a fantastic platform for simpler business websites. You can create clean, crisp looking websites, that are quicker to set up than Wordpress sites and don't require on-going maintenance. We also use 'plugins' to add even more customisation.

3. A more sophisticated blog website, with more pages, more content, and more customisation

Our recommendation: Wordpress! And potentially a customised website, rather than using an existing theme.

4. A more sophisticated business website, with more pages, more content, and more customisation

Our recommendation: This really depends on exactly what you need, both now and into the future. Generally, we'd recommend using Wordpress and having a website custom built for you.

5. An eCommerce website

Our recommendation: You have a few option here. Shopify is a great option for online stores that don't need customisations. If you'd like a more customised option, you might like to choose to have a custom Wordpress website built for you.

How much will the website cost?

Most of our clients fall into the following categories:

1. Working with us to customise an existing Squarespace Template for your business.

From $1,800+

2. Working with Good Media and our developer partners to develop a fully customised Wordpress or eCommerce website for your business:
